Entertainment: Nu-Century Film Academy Makes History As Its Launches Video Web App In Kogi State.

Arrangement is now in top gear as Kogi indigenous base Film industry, “Nu-Century Film Academy ” launches “Video Web App” in order to showcase potential of Actors and Actresses in the state to the rest of world.

The Founder of Nu-Century Film Academy, Mr Samuel Jegede, disclosed this to ourworldgist’s Reporter via online chat.

According to Mr Samuel Jegede, the program is to hold on 10th April, 2020 by 4:00pm at Saatof Hotels and Suit, Lokoja Kogi State.

Mr Samuel Jegede who described the up coming program as three in one event also said, Nu-Century Film Academy shall that day screen the maiden movie of the academy as she parades first graduands of the academy.

The academy was birthed by a film production house own by a kogi state indigene, Samuel Jegede from Adavi in Kogi Central.

It may interest you to know that, Samuel has been in the film industry for more than 15years in Lagos and he returned home when he realized the need to join in building the entertainment industry in kogi state.

On arrival, Samuel found out that a proper training outfit is needed if actors in kogi state should compete with the rest of the world, hence the need for the academy.

Perhaps, in order to grow entertainment industry in kogi state, he further considers a need for a platform to promote movies done in the state, hence he ventured into getting a web-based video platform to host movies done in the sate which culminated into the development of the said app that can be installed on any android device with internet.

This innovation no doubt is intended to give leverage advantage to anyone around the world have access to those movies produced in Kogi State.

In light of the above vision, Mr Samuel Jegede appeals to the State Government, NGOs and well spirited Kogites as well as Nigerians alike to support this project with their resources in order to see the light of the day.

At this point, from entertainment unit of ourworldgist, this is wishing one of our own, Mr Samuel Jegede, a successful outing at the event.
