Nigerian Business Mogul, Femi Atedola has announced a whooping sum of one billion Naira to fight the ravaging disease, coronavirus.
Femi Atedola made this donation on Friday afternoon to the federal government of Nigeria.
Announcing the donation, Femi noted that the virus is going viral than expected and stressed that everything necessary should be done to bring it under control.
Femi Atedola mentioned specifically that the money is meant for Nigerians and therefore urged federal government to work out modality to purchase the necessary equipment needed to combat the virus.
Meanwhile, thousand of Nigerians who reacted to Femi Atedola’s donations instructed the federal government to share the money among Nigerians since federal government has earlier budgeted the sum of ten billion Naira for the same purpose.
In addition, some Nigerians added that they are not finding it easy staying at home at the moment as they need money to buy food and other basic necessities and hence, urged the federal government to share Femi Atedola’s money among Nigerians.
