Recently, we have received countless proposals from prospective clients around African continent to have “leadership Category” on www.ourworldgist.com but the management staff of ourworldgist have been reluctant of launching the said “category” because of lack of ‘enough content and inconsistency’ on the parts of our whom be clients.
Be that as it may, ourworldgist management staff did not write up the idea completely as they set up independent panel of enquiry to find out who is most qualified to champion ‘leadership niche’ on ourworldgist without inducement or favouritism and the panel singlehandedly reported back the “THE MINDSETSERIES ” as the most qualified to feature on ourworldgist.
The panel reported that they have painstakingly monitored Proponents ( Business Suitors ) in the last seven months without prior notice to them and “THE MINDSETSERIES ” emerged as the most qualified looking at its “contents & consistency”.
While we wouldn’t want to state the name of other Proponents ( Business Suitors ) who bided for this ” niche” on ourworldgist, we would like to use this avenue to congratulate the the Founder of “THE MINDSETSERIES “, Arc Nguvan Kyenge for bringing innovation and so much vigor into leadership coaching.
With this development, ourworldgist is now duty bound to bring to you the leadership coaching of “THE MINDSETSERIES ” on daily or weekly basis as the case may be.
Before we bring on your way our first edition of leadership coaching on ourworldgist, we sought to know the person behind the Scene and what she has done with “THE MINDSETSERIES ” over the years.
So, let us meet the person of Arc Nguvan Kyenge and “THE MINDSETSERIES ” leadership , Bussiness and Personal Development Coaching foundation:
” Nguvan is a John Maxwell Certified Coach,Teacher and Speaker.
She offers workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John Maxwell’s proven leadership methods.
Nguvan is from Benue state, Nigeria, an Architect by training from the prestigious university of Jos, plateau state.
The President Entrepreneurs Network Nigeria, a Seasoned Entrepreneur who is the CEO Lush Events, a leading brand in Events Management in North Central Nigeria and TrueVine Synergy Construction firm.
As an Architect, she has handled a good number of buildings designs and construction projects within and outside the state to her credit, famous among which are; the Prestigious Symbols Plaza in Benue State Makurdi, Rice Mill Factory Anyin, Teriel Foto Plaza Makurdi and Prevy Events Centre Bayelsa, City Bay park, Makurdi.
Being a Leading Events planner in Benue State Nigeria, she has also managed over a thousand Events which are often laced with high creativity, Style and excellence and as the president of the Entrepreneurs Network, she has inspired and motivated many young Entrepreneurs to aim high and achieve their dream as in Entrepreneurship.
In more explicit explanations, ‘I began my journey into entrepreneurship as an Events Planner in 2011.
After I completed a Mega construction job as an Architect, I started seeing my income gradually dwindling because no new jobs were coming.
Since I had no 9-5 job to fall back to I had to think out of the box to create something that could earn me some sort of regular income and after a failed attempt at my first business, LUSH EVENTS WAS BIRTHED.
I lost myself! I got soaked with Entrepreneurship because it was really working for me.
Then I began to wonder why many were still seating idle at home waiting for white collar jobs or depending on handouts from a spouse, parent or benefactor.
I still think so though…
That was how I got a few of my friends and we co founded an NGO we called Entrepreneurs Network Nigeria, (ENETWORK) to Encourage and Expand Entrepreneurship in our Community and I was made the President till date.
I soon realized it wasn’t all about Expanding Entrepreneurship but something else was predominantly missing with the way the people in my community approached both business and everyday life.
As I thought deeper about this I found it! – THE MINDSET
oh! I realized if people could change the way they think, they could change everything around them,
I ventured into the ‘MindSetSeries’ literally as a probe into the human mind, and see how it’s possible to train one’s Mind to be more effective and more productive; I started with me; I read more; researched; jumped on courses like this; attended seminars; listened to great Motivational speakers and teachers talk!; I trained my mind on emotions to focus on and those to discard.
Eventually, I stumbled on The John Maxwell Team in 2018 and my life changed for ever!!
This discovery opened the next chapter in my life._ A life of Intentional Impact!
It’s still weird to think that only a couple years ago I would avoid human contact because I was so introverted, shy, lacked self confidence and so into myself …. But now I have the courage to speak to thousands each day on social media, at workshops and seminars about how to better their lives teaching them how to confidently stand out 😆🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
