“Seven Things To Make You happy Right Now”
Most people always feel Empty, Disappointed, Depressed, Fearful, Unfulfilled for varying reasons; making them live unhappy lives.
Well these are a few things that have helped me over the years to stay happy and grateful always.
1. LOVE YOURSELF
Alot of people forget to do this; Love and respect Yourselves; Stay away from people that do not give this to you; Know your strengths and appreciate them; At the same time, embrace your flaws and learn ways to work around them to be a better person.
Take care of yourself physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
2. MAKE OTHER PEOPLE HAPPY
Put a smile on faces;
The happiness of knowing that another person breathes easier and is happy because of you is PRICELESS.
3.DITCH PERFECTION
No one is perfect, what matters most is how we work around it.
Being imperfect is normal; Its ok to fail and make mistakes; What matters most is what we learn from these Experiences.
4. SPEND TIME WITH YOURSELF
Your mind is the powerhouse of everything you give to the world; Nurture this powerhouse. Spend time with yourself, Relax, meditate, Think, Recharge.
Our minds are always wandering, thinking, planning, solving, and worrying.
The result: stress, depression, anger, resentment.
But learn not to worry too much. Relax and enjoy the moment; This will help you appreciate the little things that you overlook.
5 GET BUSY
Never sit idle; Your mind consistently needs to be preoccupied to keep it from worrying and turning molehills into Mountains; Find new focused friends that make you happy, find a purpose, find a passion soak it in, let it consume you, you will discover you have less or no time at all to give to those things that hitherto weighed you down.
6. PUT YOURSELF IN OTHER PEOPLE ’s SHOES
Everyone has their battles and shortcomings; You have yours too; Learn to tolerate others as you will have them tolerate you too, Before judging, getting angry or snapping at someone put yourself in their shoes; Get rid of negativities and free up more room for better things, and perhaps happiness.
7.GET RID OF TOXIC PEOPLE IN YOUR LIFE
If there is someone in your life who consistently makes you feel stressed or unhappy fence that person OUT of your mind, they will only make you depressed, sad and unhappy always. YOU DONT NEED That!
Hope this works for you too? See you at the TOP”
