A Masquerade believed to be a strong supporter of Governor Yahaya Bello yesterday at the Supreme Court narrowly escaped arrest by security agencies after being abandoned by his sponsors following the postponement of the gubernatorial case between Governor Yahaya Bello and Engr Musa Wada.

The Masquerade who appeared at the supreme court with branded write-ups all over his attire in favour of Governor Yahaya Bello was seen wandering about after those who brought him had left ahead time of time.

Fact finding revealed that, the Masquerade came to celebrate Governor Yahaya Bello’s supreme court victory in a case that is yet undecided.

Meanwhile, luck almost ran of the Masquerade as some security operatives made advance attempt to arrest him were it not the intervention of some Anebiras who were around that later drove the Masquerade away in Hilux car which plate number was covered with black plastic.
