Breaking: School Children, Market Women, Okada Riders Join #ENDSARS Protest In Abuja As Mob Frees Prisoners

The ongoing protest across the country saw School Children, Market Women, Okada Riders And Artisans joined protesters in the City centre Abuja Nigeria today being 19th October 2020.

According ourworldgist Reporter, Onome Hitman, the protesters blocked major roads in Abuja to include: Gwarinpa Zuba Road, Lugbe Toll Gate road, and Central Bank of Nigeria ( CBN ) premises.

According to Onome, apart from carrying bold placard like “ENDSARS/SWAT”, Other placards read: EndBadGovernance, Buhari, you and your Team have failed Nigeria, We Deserve Better Life, Graduates Are Without Jobs, Buhari, Resign if You Cannot Fix Nigeria” among other inscriptions.

In a similar report, Onome also reported that mob broke into prison in Benin during the #ENDSARS protest to free prisoners who were serving jail term.

She said, as at the time of filing this report, police command in Benin city is yet to make official statement of how many prisoners were involved in the jail break.
