APC Makes Over ₦19b From The Sale Of Intent Forms In Less Four Weeks

In less than four weeks that the ruling party, All Progressive Congresses (APC) began the sale of intent form for all contestable positions for 2023 elections, its has realised not less than a whopping sum of ₦19billion from the sale of forms.

According to the National Organising Secretary of APC, Alhaji Sulaiman Arugugu, on Thursday, being 10th May, 2022, explained the following to be the proceeds from the sale on intent forms.

He mentioned that about 1,241 aspirants have picked senatorial forms and if that is multiplied by 20m = ₦4,820,000,000.

Similarly, he added that about 2,821 aspirants have also picked House of Representatives x 10m each = ₦8,210,000,000 And also in the same vain, about 1,505 aspirants have picked States House of Assembly x 2m each = ₦3,010,000,000.

For Governorship aspirants, 48 candidates have picked at the cost of ₦50m each = ₦2,400,000,000

As at the time of filing this report by Ourworldgist, 15 aspirants have picked Presidential form which goes for ₦100m each = ₦1,500,000,000

Thursday total = 19,940,000,000 (19 billion + approx)
