Pastor Mrs. Hope Mathew James Eleojo, the wife of the General Overseer of Solemn Faith International Church in Port Harcourt, emphasized that engaging in Kingdom Service not only shames the Devil but also leads to divine restoration for Christians.
She made these remarks during the church service on August 20, 2023.
During her sermon on “Engaging the Force of Joy Through Divine Restoration,” Pastor Hope Mathew James Eleojo cited various Bible references, including Habakkuk 3:17-19, Joel 2:24-25, Luke 1:44, Luke 2:9-10, Galatians 5:22, John 14:26-27, and 1 Chronicles 16:27, to highlight the importance of finding joy through Kingdom Service.
Pastor Eleojo explained that Christian faithfuls should embrace the force of joy to demonstrate their separation from the influence of the Devil.
Kingdom Service, she clarified, involves diligently and faithfully serving God through one’s talents, skills, energy, resources, prayers, and evangelism efforts.
She further elaborated that engaging in the force of joy distinguishes Christians from the rest of the world, contributing to a healthy and restored life.
She highlighted that the revelation of God’s word, finding joy in Kingdom Service, living a pure life, and maintaining a prayerful and fasting lifestyle all contribute to enhancing the force of joy that leads to divine restoration.
During her prayers for the congregation’s divine restoration, she encouraged them to embrace Kingdom Service as an integral aspect of their Christian journey.
The service also featured a special performance by the Solemn Glorious Voice Choir, adding to the worship experience.
