The candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), Alhaji Muritala Yakubu Ajaka, expressed profound astonishment at the resounding support demonstrated by the residents of Ogbabede during a rally held at Ajowoni on October 28, 2023.

During this electrifying gathering, Alhaji Muritala Ajaka pledged a comprehensive overhaul for the area, should he be elected Governor of Kogi State on November 11, 2023.

He made firm commitments to address vital issues, including road construction, improved healthcare facilities, the provision of clean and accessible water through a piped network, and an array of other essential social amenities, all without the need for negotiation.

Addressing the enthusiastic crowd, the Director-General of Muri’s campaign in Ogbabede, Engr. Kebiru Abija, proclaimed Ogbabede as a cornerstone of Dekina’s electoral strength and declared unwavering support for Muri in the upcoming Kogi gubernatorial election.

The rally saw the participation of prominent figures, including Mr. Sani Michael Omakoji, the National Secretary of Udama Igala Worldwide, and the respected Elder Simon Atadoga, among others.

The overwhelming support and promises made during this rally have created an air of optimism and anticipation for a brighter future in Ogbabede and Kogi State.
