No wonders it is also said that the debt every individual owes and must pay is death!
Hence, it is in this understanding there is also this saying that : ” this world is like a market place and when one evening comes, he or she must go home”.
Having established this background, it is on this note that OurWorldGist’s Writer, Sani Michael Omakoji, ( SMO ) a Blogger, who happens to be Former Post graduate Student under late Professor Sam Baba Adamu Tende, at Nasarawa State University Keffi (NSUK) writes on what he titled: ” Life and Time Of Late Professor Sam Baba Adamu Tende”.
Let us settle down to read what SMO has to offer us:
” As I struggle with emotion over the untimely demise of an erudite par excellent, Late Professor Sam Baba Adamu Tende, who a point was my Lecturer, my commentary on : his life and Time and time on earth shall essentially be centered on his childhood, education, working experience, positions of authority held, courses taught, Projects supervised, projects initiated and executed, research work completed, research report and marriage before his untimely departure from this sinful world.
Childhood
Late Professor Sam Baba Adamu Tende who hailed from Dongo Local Government Area of Taraba State was born on 13th November 1959 to the family of “Adamu Tende”.
Education
Late Sam Baba Adamu Tende, began his academic sojourn at Saint Pauls Township School, Jos, Plateau State between 1966 to 1971 where he obtained Primary School Living Certificate.
In continuation of his educational pursuit, between 1972 to 1976, late Sam Baba Adamu Tende, got his Secondary School Certificate, that is, West Africa Examination Council ( WAEC ) now WASSCE from Government College, Markudi, Benue State.
He later went to School of Preliminary Studies Keffi, Nasarawa State between 1978 to 1979, where he obtained his A/ Level Certificate that propelled him to gain admission to university.
Subsequently, between 1986-1989, he was at the prestigeous Ahmadu Bello University, ( A.B.U) Zaira, where he got his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with Second class upper Division ( 2:1 ).
After working briefly, he returned to A.B. U Zaria between 1991 to 1992, when he bagged Master in Business Administration ( MBA ).
To crown his educational pursuit, he moved to Usman Danfodio University Sokoto between 2005 to 2011 where he got his Ph.D in Management.
Working Experience:
Concurrently, while with MBARIKAM Company Limited at Dogon Dutse, Jos as Manager between 1989 to 1994, he was also lecturing at Plateau State Polytechnic as Lecturer 1 between 1993 till 1998.
He later joined the Federal Polytechnic, Damaturu 1998 to 2000 as Senior Lecturer 1.
His quest for entrepreneurship made him to leave teaching job between 2000 to 2003 to become Director of FEDPODAM Consult Ltd.
He made a big return to teaching profession in 2003 as he secured an appointment with Nasarawa State University, Keffi, a place he was sojourning before death strock him on 11th March 2024.

Professor Sam Baba Adamu Tende enjoys his leisure time: reading, mentoring, researching, public speech-making, traveling, enjoying Music and Making Friends.
Marriage:
Until his call to glory on 11th March 2024, he was happily married with children.
According to family source, late Professor Sam Baba Adamu Tende would be late to rest at his country home Dongo Taraba State, on Friday 22nd March 2024.
