Christian faithful have been encouraged to invest a portion of their earnings and make sacrifices to enjoy God’s enduring wealth.
This advice was given today at church service by Mrs. Grace Phillip of the Solemn Faith International Church in Port Harcourt while preaching on a topic “The Release of Wealth.”
Pastor Mrs. Grace Phillip emphasized the importance of vocalizing one’s faith, drawing references from Isaiah 57:19, Numbers 14:28, and Joshua 10:12. She stressed the need to seek divine guidance before engaging in spiritual battles, citing Joshua 10:8.
She also outlined steps for raising an altar, including creating a dedicated space, naming it, and entering a covenant with God, supported by biblical passages such as 1 Chronicles 21:4, Exodus 24:4, and Judges 6:24. Pastor Phillip recommended anointing the altar and declaring a sacrifice to ensure its efficacy, as mentioned in Hebrews 10:4.
To maintain wealth, Pastor Phillip urged the congregation to be fruitful even with small amounts, adhere to the principles of sowing seeds, invest wisely, and always have a strategic plan for investments, referencing Mark 9:4 and Habakkuk 2:2-3.
She highlighted that God is the ultimate source of wealth and that one’s readiness and capability are prerequisites for receiving divine blessings.
Warning against pride, greed, and covetousness, she referenced Matthew 11:28-30 and encouraged reliance on God’s word to overcome life’s temptations (James 4:7).
Pastor Phillip also underscored the power of speaking with authority against adversaries, urging believers to command their circumstances as Joshua did with the sun and moon in Gibeon (Joshua 10:12).
She reminded the congregation of the importance of perseverance and confidence in the face of opposition.
Pastor Phillip concluded by advising the congregation to sprinkle blood from their altars to silence the voice of poverty and delay, empowering themselves to speak with authority.
Earlier in the service, Pastor Mathew Ele-Ojo James explored the concept of wealth transfer, illustrating its significance and impact on believers’ lives through various biblical passages.
He explained how wealth transfer can bring ease to life, citing examples from the lives of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and the children of Israel.
Pastor Mathew emphasized that access to wealth transfer is linked to purity, honesty, one’s name, kingdom service, the shedding of blood, and favor.
He highlighted that purity and honesty are essential in attracting prosperity, and one’s name serves as an identity that can open doors to wealth.
Moreover, he noted that dedicated service to God’s kingdom is rewarded with prosperity.
He supported his message with scriptures such as Genesis 47:16-17 and Colossians 1:13, stating that in life, wealth is either transferred to or from an individual.
Additionally, he shared that wealth transfer is part of God’s plan for His children, especially in the end-time generation, supported by references from Proverbs 19:14, Isaiah 61:6, Proverbs 13:22, Zechariah 14:14, and Job 27:16-17.
Pastor Mathew concluded with an inspiring reminder that purity and honesty are integral to attracting prosperity and that one’s identity and kingdom service play crucial roles in enjoying God’s blessings.
The service included special numbers, prayers, and moments of healing, enriching the spiritual experience for all attendees.
