At Solemn Faith International Church, Woji, Port Harcourt, Pastors Mathew and  Hope James, delivered a powerful joint message on “The Power of Blessing,” declaring that the arrival of God’s blessing brings an end to sorrow and disappointment while revealin the believer’s true heritage in Christ.

Preaching from Genesis 12:1–3, Pastor Mathew explained that blessings are divine forces that terminate struggles and usher in all-round fruitfulness mentally, spiritually, physically, and materially.

He noted that when God’s blessing manifests, sorrow disappears, emphasizing that “how fruitful you are in the blessing is determined by how rooted you are in the Spirit.”

In her message, drawn from Proverbs 4:18 and Genesis 1:22–28, Pastor Mrs.

Hope Mathew described blessings as durable and transgenerational.

She explained that every believer is ordained to live a blessed life through Christ, and that obedience, righteousness, and a pure heart activate the manifestation of such blessings.

Both ministers stressed that blessings are supernatural foundations upon which all good things in life are built and that through redemption, believers inherit a lasting covenant of fruitfulness and divine favor.

The service, highlighted by worship from the Solemn Voice Choir, ended with renewed faith and gratitude as members were reminded that in Christ, the power of blessing conquers sorrow and secures generations.
