Nobody In His Right Senses Will Vote APC in 2027 Except Barawo Like … Buba Galadima
One of Nigeria’s famous farmers and long-standing politicians, Buba Galadima, has said that nobody in his right senses would consider voting for the APC in 2027, except those who have allegedly stolen heavily from the public coffers, such as Adams Oshiomhole.
Speaking on “Politics Today” on Channels Television on Thursday night, 26th February 2026, Buba Galadima stated that the level of economic hardship and ineptitude resulting from what he described as a failed government led by President Ahmed Asiwaju Bola Tinubu is monumental.
He alleged that the APC is clamping down on opposition voices by using government-decayed institutions such as the EFCC, ICPC, and others because, according to him, they know they have failed woefully.
He added that the only “sin” of Nasir El-Rufai and former Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, is that they are currently in opposition positions.
When asked why he called out Adams Oshiomhole as a thief, Buba Galadima said: “Yes, Adams Oshiomhole announced himself as a thief on national television when he once said that anyone who decamps to the APC has all his stealing and sins forgiven.”
Buba Galadima further questioned with concern how someone holding a position of public trust could make such a careless statement, asking whether stealing has not permeated his character.
When the APC’s National Publicity Secretary, Barrister Felix Morka, tried to challenge Buba Galadima to an issue-based argument, stating that the economy has actually improved in comparative analysis to Nigeria’s economic performance in the last 13 years, Galadima responded firmly.
Buba Galadima, who reportedly received applause from Nigerians for what many described in online reactions as his level of intelligence and reason during the program, replied to Mr. Felix: “I don’t know why some of you have failed to understand simple economic matrices.
What the APC is regarding as growth now is rather retrogression and economic backwardness.”
He explained that, in simple economic matrix analysis, even a secondary school student should understand that 9 billion 13 years ago was far more valuable than 14 billion today because 13 years ago, the dollar exchanged at N413, whereas it now exchanges at about N1500.
Buba Galadima urged Nigerians to come out and prevail on the National Assembly to amend the 2026 Electoral Act to allow room for electronic transmission of results from polling units.
He alleged that the APC is planning to rig the 2027 election, just as, according to him, they rigged elections in the FCT, Kano, Rivers, and Osun States, adding that Nigerians must resist the APC.
