President Donald Trump of United States of America ( USA) has disagreed with American Centre For Disease Control ( ACDC ) over stringent conditions of reopening Schools.
President Trump made this known on Tuesday being 8th July 2020 in Whitehouse while reacting to guidelines given by ACDC for the reopening of schools.
In a two different tweets, Trump says, “in Germany, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and many other countries, SCHOOLS ARE OPEN WITH NO PROBLEMS. The Dems think it would be bad for them politically if U.S. schools open before the November Election, but is important for the children & families. May cut off funding if not open!”
In what seems confrontational, Trump also says in another tweet, “I disagree with ACDC on their very tough & expensive guidelines for opening schools. While they want them open, they are asking schools to do very impractical things. I will be meeting with them!!!”
Earlier, ACDC had given the following guidelines as conditions for reopening of schools:
“Teachers & School Staff: We are not defenseless against #COVID19. Once your school reopens, remind students to:
– Wash hands frequently
– Remain at least 6 feet apart
– Wear cloth face covering, especially when physical distancing is difficult”
ACDC further says, “Teachers and School Staff: Once your school reopens, maintain a healthy environment:
– Clean & disinfect frequently touched surfaces
– Space seating/desks at least 6 feet apart
– Creating “one-way routes”
– Close communal use.
