Pastor Mathew Eleojoh James of Solemn Faith International Church, located at Road 21, Plot 14, Federal Housing Estate, Woji, Port Harcourt, declared that fruitfulness is a clear indication of God’s blessing in a person’s life.

Pastor Matthew made this declaration during today’s church service, where he delivered a powerful sermon on the topic: “Why and How Does God Bless His People.” Drawing from key scriptures like Genesis 1:28, Genesis 12:2-3, and Revelation 5:12, he provided profound insights into the nature of divine blessings.

He described blessings as the manifestation of God’s goodness and mercies towards humanity, emphasizing that they represent the full and complete package of a redeemed lifestyle.

These blessings, he explained, are not merely gifts but a reflection of God’s intention for us to lead fulfilled lives.

In such lives, blessings follow and even overtake us, becoming an integral part of our identity.

Pastor Matthew stressed that being blessed by God translates to being fruitful, productive, and creative in every aspect of life.

God’s blessings empower us to multiply, replenish the earth, and subdue it, exercising authority and dominion over all creation.

However, this dominion is not solely about power but also about responsibility being in charge, occupying, and ruling with righteousness.

He further explained that God’s blessings are often contingent upon our ability to hear His voice and obey without hesitation.

He underscored the significance of specific acts of obedience, such as making sacrifices, avoiding third-party interference, and maintaining a positive confession.

According to Pastor Matthew, these actions align us with God’s will and unlock the doors to His abundant blessings.

The pastor also delved into the mysteries of the altar and worship, emphasizing that God’s blessings are closely linked to what He demands from us, rather than what we choose to offer.

He reminded the congregation that seeing with the eyes of faith is essential until we can envision God’s promises, we cannot fully grasp them.

In conclusion, Pastor Matthew left the congregation with powerful reflections: blessings elevate us, fill our lives with opportunities and possibilities, and are the evidence of God’s favour.

To hear from God is to embody His presence, and in doing so, we carry His blessings wherever we go.

The very act of worship is central to God’s desire to bless us, as true worship aligns us with His divine purpose.

This message served as a powerful reminder that God’s blessings are both a privilege and a responsibility, calling us to live lives marked by obedience, faith, and worship.
