Twitter is currently on fire as comparison between Kano and Kaduna trends arising from the effort made by the two states in the fight against COVID-19.
From investigation Kano internally generated revenue ( IGR) is about five times bigger if no more than that of Kaduna but ironically, Kano through Governor Ganduje is crying woe to get “giveaway” before he can get isolation centre while Kaduna whose IGR is far lesser than of Kano has established a standard isolation centre without asking for giveway.
This ugly development is making Nigerians to compare both state from all ramifications as many say Governor El-Rufai has demonstrated quality leadership while Governor Ganduge is his opposite who despite IGR and allocation still wait on giveaway before he can carters for Covid-19 victims.
Meanwhile, popular Nigerian public commentator, Sarki is also trending on twitter following his reaction.
In what seems to be logical tweet, Sarki tweets: “Kano people swear they’re richer than Kaduna state , but they can’t afford isolation centers and testing laboratories for covid19 without their Governor (Ganduje) joining giveaway on twitter “
