Survival fund hopeful identified as Ojonimi Iko has cried out that the new condition attached to the registration is unrealistic and is depriving alot of Nigerians.
Ojonimi in a chat with ourworldgist, said that the site is rejecting the company with CAC certificate and other necessary documents.
When asked to explain in details how he meant it, Ojonimi further explained that, ” when you register the names of the employees numbering ten with their biodata, and you go further to update the registration with company’s name, address and other information, the portal will require you to verify the CAC certificate and when you click to verify, it will tell you NOT VERIFIED”.
“What this notification implies is that, you cannot continue with the registration even though your company is registered with all the documents”.
“The most frustrating aspect of it is that, if you try to click on verification icon for more than five times, you will be told, you are suspended”.
“As I am chatting with you now I don’t know my faith and that of my neighbourhoods as non has been successful rather we were all suspended”.
“Only God knows how many who are involved in this frustration and do not have a platform to speak out”.
“I know the situation was not like this when they did the first one and I wonder why this sudden change now!”
“I however, call on President Muhammadu Buhari and vice President Yemi Osinbajo who is chairing the committee to come into the situtation in order to make sure targeted Nigerians benefit”.
Ojonimi suggested that as a matter of urgency, all the Business names suspended in the course of registration should all be reinstated and paid
He added that companies with verifiable staff and their BVN should be enough criteria to access this kind of assistance from the government.
When ourworldgist made effort to speak with Survival fund representative through the directories (09062485454 or 09062485444 ) displayed on the site, the woman who picked the call said those numbers are not for survival fund representative but the mother ministry ( Ministry of Industry Trade and Investment )
