Telpecon Pressure Group  led by Mr Kingsley has queried the consultant and Board of Trustee members over their inability to deliver many of their promises.

Speaking at Telpecon Secretariat Wilson Churchill Asokoro, Abuja in a joint meeting held between the pressure group, BoT members and Telpecon’s stakeholders on 2nd November, 2021, Mr Kingsley who spoke frankly on behalf of the pressure group and the beneficiaries said, ” it has become a source of worries that the Consultant and BoT members had given many promises on when and how the much talked about grant would be disbursed but many of those promises had come as empty promises as there is no result on ground to show”.

Mr Kingsley along his team noted with dismay, that “the consultant and the BoT members had earlier given September 2021 as the deadline to disburse the grant but lamented that September 2021 has come to pass like any other month without any update from either Consultant or BoT members on why the grant is still not disbursed”.

He pointed that the recent update from the Consultant that ” relax, grant is coming ” without definite date and time is unacceptable as that has always been the slogan.

Mr Kingsley therefore called on the Consultant and those in charge of the grant to do the needful else, further delay would attract God’s wrath and that of the beneficiaries.
