Information available says, the much awaited Theobarth Grant is to start disbursement by Wednesday next week being 22nd December, 2021.
According to Mr Linus quoting Apostle Theophilus Ebonyi, the Chief Executive Officer of Theobarth Foundation, “those NGOs verified to have scaled through ” Quality Assurance Disbursement Assessment ” test would start receiving payment as from the mentioned date.
Linus added that those newly reabsorbed NGOs would start receiving their own payment as soon as they meet all the stipulated conditions in the Memorandum Association signed with Theobarth Foundation.
Mr Linus further added that the disbursement is to be made directly to beneficiaries account while newly reabsorbed NGOs are to access their own through their Various chairman as Theobarth Foundation does no longer have the patient to keep such money.
Meanwhile, cross section of beneficiaries who reacted to Mr Linus ‘s information online lambasted him and Apostle Theophilus Ebonyi adding that, the disbursement news have been an annual ritual especially every December when people are expecting money for chopping.
They however said, this new game plan by Apostle Theophilus Ebonyi will not stop security agents from arresting him and his cohorts stressing that the matter is before Presidency, EFCC, Human Rights Radio and Television as well as other relevant institutions.
