Serial Critic of President Muhammadu Buhari , Reno Omokri has reacted to the congratulatory message of Aisha Buhari to Super Eagle of Nigeria over the historic win in the ongoing AFCON.
Aisha Buhari on her Facebook page posted thus:
“Congratulations to our Super Eagles on winning all their three games and advancing to the second round of the AFCON in grand style.
I urge them to maintain and even surpass the terrific form that has made them leaders in the group stage, and to remain good ambassadors of Nigeria on and off the field.
The entire country looks forward with hope to a total of SEVEN emphatic wins in this competition. Three down, four to go!
They are assured of my unflinching support as they soar like the Eagles that they are to write yet another brilliant chapter in the unfolding story of Nigerian football”
Meanwhile, Reno Omokri who reads meaning to Aisha Buhari ‘s message beyond just a win advised Aisha Buhari to take indigenous coaches, and local Doctors serious instead of dwelling on foreign coaches or Doctors.
He suggested that, if former coach of super Eagle, Gernot Rohr could be paid huge amount of money for bringing failure to Super Eagle, Augustine Eguavoen should be paid much more for bringing success to Super Eagle.
His comment reads thus: Dear Muhammadu Buhari,
You see how the local coach, Augustine Eguavoen, is doing better than the multimillion dollar foreign coach, Gernot Rohr? Maybe our local doctors would prove to be better than your multimillion London doctors if you give them a chance.
Maybe our local economy will get better if you stop taking external loans and start cutting internal waste. If Augustine Eguavoen can do it with the little he has, believe me, you can do it with the much you have!
Meanwhile, on a serious note, our government should consider paying Augustine Eguavoen the same mega bucks they paid Gernot Rohr. We cant pay Rohr millions for delivering failure and pay Eguavoen less for delivering success. My people, do I speak well in this?,”
Recall that super Eagle made three win yesterday out three group stage matches in the ongoing AFCON 2022 in Cameroon.
