At the Solemn Faith International Church located at road 21 Plot 14 F Federal Housing Estate Woji, Port Harcourt, Pastor Mathew James Eleojoh  delivered a compelling message centered on the significance of resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Congregants gathered to ponder the transformative power inherent in the biblical narrative of John 20:1-18.

During the service, Pastor James expounded on the theme of victory and restoration drawn from Matthew 28:1-7, emphasizing the triumph over battles and death promised in Revelation 21:4.

Quoting passages such as Mark 9:12, Matthew 17:11, and John 10:10, Pastor James elaborated on various dimensions of restoration, including divine, earthly, and spiritual placements, as well as the restoration of power, dominion, authority, favour, honour, dignity, good health, long life, and change of levels.

Throughout his sermon, Pastor James urged congregants to cultivate a mindset shift, as illustrated in Mark 16:1-4 and John 20:19, emphasizing the importance of a desperate longing to encounter the Lord, as depicted in Mark 16:9, Mark 16:1-2, and John 20:11-16.

Furthermore, Pastor James underscored the necessity of readiness for the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, drawing from Romans 8:11 and John 20:19-23, while also highlighting the significance of possessing a heart filled with love for God, as stated in Matthew 26:6-13 and John 3.

Reflecting on the profound impact of resurrection, Pastor James quoted scriptures such as Romans 6:9, Hosea 13:14, and Ephesians 4:7-10, stating, “The grave was not the end of Jesus but the end of Satan and his devilish work.”

He also emphasized that “Resurrection equals restoration” and encouraged attendees to rise with a renewed mentality when God intervenes in their lives, as inspired by John 20:5-7.

The service was filled with uplifting moments, including the singing of resurrection songs that resonated with the theme of victory and restoration.

Congregants joyously celebrated the resurrection of Jesus Christ, acknowledging its transformative power in their lives.

In his closing remarks, Pastor James urged attendees to embrace a positive mentality to fully experience the ultimate resurrection power of God.

He emphasized the need for a mindset shift to break free from captivity and encouraged all present to walk in the victory and restoration made available through Christ’s resurrection.
