The Kogi Democratic Group (KDG) has praised, Senator Jibrin Isah Echocho of Kogi East for his efforts to alleviate the hardship faced by the people in his constituency.

In a statement issued on Wednesday, Protem Secretary Inuwa Lawal commended the senator for distributing rice and other food items, describing the support as timely and impactful for the constituents.

Lawal also applauded Senator Echocho’s commitment for providing stable water supply to communities across Kogi East through borehole installations.

Additionally, he expressed gratitude for the senator’s distribution of fertilizers aimed at enhancing agricultural productivity in the area.

According to Lawal, Kogi East has not experienced such effective representation in the past.

He noted that, unlike the erratic leadership during the 7th and 8th Senate sessions, the current representation in the 9th and 10th Senate is characterized by a clear vision and mission.

Lawal urged Senator Echocho to maintain his pace of service and remain undeterred by negative remarks from detractors.

He further highlighted that Senator Echocho’s contributions in plenary sessions, committees, and oversight functions have been unique and exceptional.
