The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (#NNPC) says it has employed 1,050 graduate trainees cut across the 36 States of the Federation including the Federal Capital Territory. According #NNPC information Unit, the employment is the result of the recruitment exercise announced in March 2019. The corporation said it ensured that national spread was reflected in the recruitment process. Kogi State Chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party ( PDP ) has rejected the composition of the State Independent Electoral Commission (SIEC). According to a statement signed by Achadu Dickson, its Director, Research and Documentation, the SIEC is dominated by card carrying members of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and as such would be partisan .
