Kogi State House Of Assembly Confirms Appointment Of Acting Chief Judge

The Kogi State House of Assembly have confirmed the appointment of Justice Henry Olusuyi as the State Chief Judge

The confirmation of the Chief Judge followed the recommendation of Justice Olusuyi by the National Judicial Council to Governor Yahaya Bello.

With the confirmation of Justice Olusuyi by the Assembly, he becomes the substantive Chief Judge of the State, after his appointment four months ago by Governor Yahaya Bello.

The Assembly on Tuesday being 22nd December 2020, plenary, in a unanimous vote, confirmed the appointment of the State Chief Judge.

Justice Olusuyi is now the third Chief Judge of the State, after Justice Umoru Eri, and Justice Nasiru Ajanah.
