A grant subscriber, Ubamga, has on Thursday being 11th August 2022 questioned Apostle Theophilus Ebonyi, the Chief Executive Officer of Theobarth Global Foundation why he billed each Cluster the sum of five hundred thousand Naira as a condition to speed up grant disbursement but failed.
Ubamga said, Apostle Theophilus Ebonyi, had in May 2022 ordered NGO who wants to be part of the disbursement to pay the sum of five hundred thousand Naira only to Theobarth central account.
He added that according to Apostle Theophilus Ebonyi, then all encumbrances toward grant disbursement had been removed, adding that for any NGO to be part of the disbursement, such NGO must pay the sum of five hundred thousand Naira to Theobarth central account.
Ubamga observed that the recent audio voice credited to Apostle Theophilus Ebonyi, lamenting administrative bottleneck after a thousand of NGO had paid the said sum of five hundred thousand Naira into Theobarth central account is not acceptable.
He added that, “Apostle Theophilus Ebonyi should stop this drama and disburse immediately, or he refunds all the logistics money including the recent five hundred thousand Naira he has collected “.

” This lies, and mind game are becoming too irritating and some of us, will lay our lives to make sure he vomits all the money he has fraudulently collected from the grant hopefuls “.

Recall, that Theobarth Grant Disbursement has been in the news for almost two years but till date, no result.
