Evangelist Wisdom Philip of Christian Evangelism Fellowship Nigeria ( CFFM ) from Lagos, delivered a powerful sermon at Solemn Faith International Church  in Federal Housing Estate, Woji, Port Harcourt.

Speaking on the topic “Silent the Voices of Evil Altar,” Evangelist Philip drew from 1 Corinthians 14:10, emphasizing the detrimental impacts of evil altars on individuals’ lives.

Evangelist Philip highlighted the necessity of silencing the voices of evil altars, noting that these malevolent influences can cause stagnation, lead to repeated failures, and bring about reduction and destruction in lives.

He explained that such altars can reduce individuals from being givers to beggars, underscoring the critical need for spiritual intervention.

During his message, Evangelist Philip outlined steps to silence these evil voices.

He stressed the importance of being born again and adhering to the guidance of prophets and spiritual leaders, regardless of circumstances.

Additionally, he advocated for raising a counter-altar against the evil ones, emphasizing that spiritual battles are often fought altar against altar.

The evangelist reminded the congregation that life is influenced by altars and referenced the story in Exodus 36:5, where God’s presence with the Israelites instilled fear in their enemies.

He noted that despite this fear, the enemies persisted until divine intervention reduced them, as illustrated in Numbers 22:1-5.

He warned that ignorance in raising one’s own altar could lead to disastrous consequences, as seen in Numbers 25:9 and 23:1-30.

Evangelist Philip’s sermon was punctuated with the assertion that behind every failure in life, there is an altar at work.

He emphasized that fruitfulness is the result when one escapes the influence of evil altars and reiterated the necessity of using altars to combat altars.

The service featured special numbers, prayers, and instances of healing, creating an atmosphere of spiritual fervor and renewal.

Evangelist Philip’s remarks left a profound impact on the congregation, reinforcing the message that overcoming evil altars is essential for a fruitful and victorious life.
