The management of Nasarawa State University, Keffi, (NSUK), has announced plans for its 62nd Inaugural Lecture, scheduled to hold on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at the Assembly Hall of the institution’s Main Campus.
The Vice-Chancellor of the university, Professor Sa’adatu Hassan Liman, a distinguished scholar and Fellow of UNESCO, ACLS, FIIFP, CBER, and FNIPR (Hon), is extending invitations to members of the academic community, policymakers, financial experts, students, and the general public to attend the event.
The lecture, titled “Reimagining Nigeria’s Finance in Flux: The Savings-First Investment Paradigm,” will be delivered by Professor Abdul Adamu, a renowned Professor of Business Administration with specialization in Finance and Capital Markets. Professor Adamu holds a PhD and is a member and fellow of several professional bodies, including MAMN, ACS, ACTI, and FAFAR.
According to the university, the lecture will provide an in-depth examination of Nigeria’s evolving financial landscape and explore innovative approaches to sustainable economic growth through a savings-driven investment framework. The presentation is expected to stimulate intellectual discourse on financial reforms, investment strategies, and economic development in Nigeria.
