Npower Beneficiaries batches A and B in their thousands lockdown National Assembly on Thurday morning as they patiently wait for senate President, Ahmed Lawal.
The Beneficiaries are protesting over sudden news of disengagement earlier broke last month by the Minister in charge of the scheme, Hajiya Sadiya Umar Farouq.
Recall that the Beneficiaries were with Senate President last Thursday who promised to have round table discussion with them today.
According Comrade Kebiru Aliyu Pelemi, the National president of Npower across 36 States, he said, “they are law abiding Nigerians and all they are asking for is permanency job as they have earlier been promised from the beginning of the programme”
