Right about now Nigerian workers in their thousands are occupying Nigerian National Assembly in protest of variation of wages across the country despite earlier approval by the federal government that the minimum wage should be pegged at N30,000.

According to labour leader, comrade Ayuba P Wabba ( President ) said a situation whereby some states in Nigeria are yet to comply with the new wage effective by April 2019 is unacceptable.

The labour also argued that it is unacceptable for the Senate to recently move a motion that the issue of minimum wage should be an “issue of concurrent legislative lists” …..

Details shortly.
