The Chief executive officer of Theobarth Global Foundation, Pastor Theophilous Ebony, has been advised to disburse the much talked about grant to clusters that are ready instead of embarking on endless excuse that is not justifiable.
Mr David Okpala from Portharcourt zone made the observation on Wednesday morning being 2nd June 2021 in a conservation with OurWorldGist
According to Mr David Okpala, “the excuse by Theobarth that some clusters are not ready for disbursement is not acceptable stressing that, Theobarth can go ahead to disburse to those that are ready and subsequently attend to others”.
Mr David Okpala opined that, ” the idea of getting all Clusters ready for disbursement simultaneously is retrogressive and awkward as disbursement should be done batch by batch”.
He further called on Nigerians and all pressure groups in the country to get ready to protest against Theobarth and other failed grants should Theobarth fail to disburse within the short possible time.
