Udama Igala Worldwide has yet again warned Former Governor Yahaya Bello and the current Minister of Iron and Steel to immediately stop dragging Attah Igala into the ongoing Kogi’s tribunal court case.

Udama Igala Worldwide in a statement issued on Monday being 25th Match 2024 at Lokoja, lamented that instead of the Former Governor Yahaya Bello to go and face his numerous charges at Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), he is plotting alongside Minister of Iron and Steel, Shaibu Audu, to visit President Ahmed Tinubu in a bid to influence the ongoing tribunal court case in favour of Usman Ahmed Ododo of All Progressive Party (APC).

The group revealed that the evidence against Ex Governor Yahaya Bello ‘s candidate, Usman Ododo, are so overwhelming that in a saint society, Ododo, is expected to honourably vacate the seat for the rightful winner, Alhaji Muritala Yakubu Ajaka a.k.a MURI of Social Democratic Party ( SDP ).

The group reminded the Minister of Iron and Steel, Shaibu Audu, that there are a lot of work for him to do to get Ajaokuta steel complex into working venture instead of lobbying to keep Ododo in power.

The statement added: ” Attah Igala is highly regarded not just Nigeria but Africa as a whole.

“The idea of preparing a speech for Attah Igala to go and read before President Ahmed Tinubu to allow Usman Ododo to rule despite evidence of election malpractices against him is unacceptable.

“Tribunal must be allowed to do the needful instead of using machinery to influence the judgement”

The statement further said that: “We want to state here unequivocally that we won’t allow the most cherished Attah of Igala to be ridiculed by anybody as we shall not also accept anything short of justice at both the Tribunal down to the supreme court”.

The body therefore, called on President Ahmed Tinubu to write his name in gold by allowing justice to prevail in Kogi Tribunal case rather than be used by those greedy politicians cooking something outside the will of Kogi people to present before him.

Udama Igala Worldwide is a body that represents the unity, progress, peace and voice of not just Kogi East but entire minority tribes in Kogi State.
