Napoli striker Victor Osimhen, who has been at the center of a major transfer saga, is set to earn a staggering 256 trillion Naira over four years after agreeing to join Saudi Pro League club Al Ahli.
Osimhen has been the subject of intense interest from Saudi Arabia’s Al Ahli and English giants Chelsea. However, it is the Saudi Pro League side that has successfully secured a deal with the Nigerian striker.
According to transfer experts Fabrizio Romano and Gianluca Di Marzio, Al Ahli has offered Osimhen a four-year contract worth approximately €30 million per year. This equates to nearly €600,000 per week or €2.5 million per month. By the time Osimhen’s contract in Saudi Arabia concludes (if he accepts it), he would have earned a total of €120 million.
Osimhen’s move to the Saudi Pro League is seen as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, especially as the transfer window closes at midnight today. He is expected to play alongside other African stars like Riyad Mahrez, Franck Kessié, Édouard Mendy, and many others.
