As the delay in TELPECON disbursement continues unabated necessitating the call for nationwide protest, one unidentified beneficiary in a video has threatened to go diabolical against Board of Trustee ( BOT ) members saying that, ” if they refuse to disburse the money soon, they should take whatever they see”.
