PDP Reconciliation Committee Led by Alh.Yahaya Abuh Is Working” Biraidu PDP Youths Commend Dekina Divisional Chairman

Members of Biraidu Peoples’ Democratic Party ( PDP ) youths solidarity forum have revealed its motives known to return the party to power in the forthcoming elections, in Biraidu district of Dekina local government during their Caucus meeting.

The Youths also commended the effort of the Dekina Peoples Democratic Party Chairman, Hon. Ibrahim Husseini Ejini in restoring dignity and unity within the party.

The youth stakeholders highlighted the trio of sensitization, reconciliation and consultation as major tools to achieve its mandate of returning the party to power and also a way through to calm the aggrieved, sensitize the members on core agenda of the party and meet with the elders and leadership of the party.

In a statement signed by Sunday Adaji on behalf of the organization said, the youths group after an engaging and fruitful meeting appreciated the effort of the party reconciliation committee led by, Alhaji. Yahaya Abu AKA Iyabu motors, with Alhaji Usman Alapa, Hon Abdullahi Omede mendable, Christopher Achor and other reputable individuals in attendance.

The youths group said the committee’s visit to Biraidu has restored the hope and assurance of the people of the area.
According to OBSERVERS TIMES, the interaction with the committee, the chairman stated that, no member of the party, henceforth, shall feel ill-treated as everyone would be given a sense of belonging and responsibility.

The group further stressed that, there’s no better time to build the future if not now, and there’s no future without the teeming youths, adding that youths hold the key to a peaceful, democratic and egalitarian society.

The assurance message was passed during reconciliation and engagement sessions which held at the Abocho, with Emewe Opada , Ajonigbelegwu and relevant key stakeholders from Ogbabede in attendance.

The meeting also had in attendance party stakeholders including former political office holders, wards’ party executive representatives, former and prospective aspirants of the party, youths and women representatives.

Head of the committee, Alhaji. Yahaya Abuh who led other members of the committee pointed out that the leadership of the party is ready to listen to dissenting voices now more than ever, and address any issue using the instrumentality of the rules and regulations guiding the party constitution with justice, equity and fairness.

Speaking at the meeting, Hon. Abdulahi Omede expressed that Biraidu District is a stronghold of the party going by its strong outing in the last election and as such, he pleaded with the party members to speak up when issues that may result in grievances and later cause divisions in the party are noticed; he disclosed that the party is against any form of injustice.

In another related development, the Biraidu youths commended Hon. Ibrahim Husseini Ejini who since his assumption to office has led the party to unimaginable heights; recording a huge victory in the last governorship election in the local government.
He also led thousands of opposition members to the party.

Part of the youths’ statement reads: “Although, they are some mischievous element who are hell bent on causing rancor and disaffection in the party ostensibly to distract the party divisional chairman from the giant strides he has embarked on towards repositioning the party

We want to encourage him to continue to support the plan of the national body of the PDP towards ensuring that the party return to power both at the state and the country at large.

In addition, we urge all the relevant stakeholders of the party within the local government to give him their full support to take the party to greater heights.

We therefore reiterate our absolute support for the PDP Divisional chairman, Hon. Ibrahim Husseini Ejini as he strives to make our party more stronger and closer to the masses in Dekina LGA”

The members of the party in a separate message commended the efforts of the reconciliation team in bridging the communication and consultation gap between the party leadership and the members.

They equally commended the Dekina PDP Divisional Chiarman for giving members of the party in the district a new reason to appreciate democratic principles and inclusive leadership.

They also noted that while the party is threading in the path of fairness and inclusiveness, they will not fail to continue to stand for the interest and well-being of the members and the people entirely.
