TELPECON hopeful Odang Joel, from Jos Plateau state has said that administrative bottleneck introduced to stall the disbursement process won’t exonerate the executives from arrest and persecution.
Odang Joel in a telephone conversation with OurWorldGist said, the gimmick by Telpecon ‘s Executives of giving different dates for disbursement and later fail is becoming tiring and call for concern.
He pointed out that, he could remember that Lockdown was held responsible for Telpecon inability to disburse last year 2020 but long after the lockdown was lifted across the world, the executives of the Telpecon grant are still giving one excuse or the others.
He made known that “the fact that some of them are keeping calm does not mean that they are fools or they don’t know what they are doing” adding that at the right time, those involved would be handed over to law enforcement agencies for their actions and inactions.
He opined further that a drum that contains water doesn’t make noise like an empty one stressing that those responsible in this evil of robbing Peter to pay Paul would soon be taken unaware should they fail to disburse soon.
