As hope and expectation gather momentum for Theobarth Grant disbursement, the CEO of Theobarth Global Foundation, Apostle Theophilus Ebonyi has said, plan to disburse the sum of N1,800, 000 to 50 Million Nigerians is sacrosanct.
Apostle Theophilus Ebonyi disclosed this in a press briefing in Mararaba, Nasarawa state earlier the week.
